Progression

For this project is aim to make the analysis about the users.

Before start to do the user research, I followed the instruction which is recap the problem of the application(KTMB).

After that is to do the user research. I used the hybrid method which is online questionnaires and the interview to do my user research. Doing the both method can get more result from different background of the participants. 



Week 6 
I am going to send my link to the participants and wait for their responses. 

Week 7 
Start to do the analysis from the result of the responses.

Find around 5 to 7 participant from different background to do the interview  and analysis the transcript and their responses.

After done the analysis and discover some key insights from the participants, I tried to do the user persona and the user journey map.
